Process:

2. Continue shopping until you are ready to proceed to checkout
3. Enter your contact information.
4. Submit order.
5. You will receive order conformation by email.
6. We will get back to you within 24 hours with the total amount of your order including shipping charges, taxes, and any volume discounts that may apply.
7. At that point if you would like to place an order, you would contact us with an order confirmation and arrange payment with us.

Check or money order:
A matter of sending a certified check or money order to MSC. I will contact you at time of receipt to confirm and at which point we would process your order.

Delivery Time

When you place an order with MSC, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Once you've placed your order, you will be able to see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail.

Calculating Cost

Shipping costs for orders from MSC will vary depend upon the products you order and the shipping options available. We ship with all ground and air carriers and shop for best price and dependability taking into account size, weight and customer location.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Marine Sound Control guarantees its products to be as effective as advertised. Any defective product will be replaced at MSC expense if returned within 10 days of purchase.
